Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped by U.S. Postal First Class Mail or Priority Mail.

Your order will be shipped within 1-4 business days, depending on volume. You may also choose Express Mail overnight delivery by special arrangement. All items shipped outside the U.S. or Canada will be shipped via U.S. Mail and are subject to a surcharge.

Shipping & Handling Costs:

Shipping is determined by weight of final order. Shipping cost is displayed when you choose Check Out.

Express Overnight: Available by phone contact only. Please call if you need overnight delivery.

International: Please double the shipping cost if you live outside the U.S./Canada.

24-Hour Appointment Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of $50 will be requested for No Shows and short notice cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment. It is not possible for me to fi ll a time slot on short notice. Please call ahead of time if you need to cancel an appointment! This includes scheduled phone sessions.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard Discover and Paypal for on-line payments. Payment for services and products is due on or before delivery, in US $. There is 3% cash or check discount.

We also accept checks and money orders made out to Wellspring Hypnosis LLC and sent to 5706 Shoalwood Ave. Austin TX 78756. Checks take 10 business days to clear. Money orders and certifi ed checks are processed upon receipt. Please include your product list with quantities, shipping charge and 8.25% state tax if you live in Texas with your payment.

If you're not happy with a product, please call our offi ce for a risk-free refund or exchange.* All we ask is that you make your decision to keep the program within the fi rst 90 days (otherwise, our accounting and records get confusing) and give it the time it needs to work for you. This is important. Please give hypnosis programs time to work and be sure to follow the instructions. Some programs like weight loss take time to be effective. But as a matter of pride and integrity, if you aren't happy with our program, we will give you a refund. No questions asked. We take all the risk.

Refunds are available for returned, undamaged merchandise. Please call us with your date of purchase, name, address and phone number, and item to be returned. For items being sent to our Returns Department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. Merchandise must be returned with an original receipt or mail order packing invoice.

Exceptions: Private Sessions are not be eligible for refunds because of our time and labor commitment. Service items cannot be physically returned once they are rendered. This applies to telephone hypnosis sessions, custom recorded CDs, and private or group sessions all of which are very labor intensive on our part. Similarly, MP3 digital downloads cannot be returned and due to their sensitive copyrighted nature, we do not offer returns on downloaded MP3's. Most people do not abuse the system and we appreciate your honesty.

We hate spam as much as you do. We never sell or rent your email, phone or mailing.

Use of Personal Information

We will never sell or barter your personal details with any company in any way.

Wellspring Hypnosis collects demographic data and personal data to provide you a quality internet experience. All data collected is for our own internal use only. There may be TRUSTED third parties who pass your information through to us (like Paypal), but that's all. We may disclose personal information when required by law to do so, or at the request of a law enforcement agency.

Your personal information will always remain private and confidential.

Cookies

This site does not currently use cookies. In the future, we may place a text file called a "cookie" in the browser files of your computer or use other technology to improve your navigation of our site. The cookie itself does not contain your personal information.
